Belgian art gallery in Ixelles
Palco Art & Café is also a gallery, guided by the eye of Thibaut Wolvesperges, doctor of art history and archaeology and senior lecturer at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Works are chosen with rigour, at the crossing point of taste, knowledge and art history. Exhibitions of Belgian art follow one another here, in a place designed for taking the time to look, just as one takes the time to drink a coffee.
Regularly at the gallery, Thibaut Wolvesperges is glad to be on hand for visitors, to advise them, present a work or shed light on its history and particularities. A way of extending the visit and making his expertise directly accessible to those who wish to know more.

Imposant vase de forme cylindrique orné d’un patchwork de petits tableaux de composition brutaliste, en faïence brute à texture rugueuse avec des motifs émaillés contrastés, dans des tons bruns, blancs et ocre, circa 1970 (fin des années 1960 - avant 1972), signé sous la base "Perignem". On connaît ce type de décoration sur des objets généralement plus petits et traité le plus souvent en frise. Diamètre 36 x 33,5 cm de hauteur.
