Jean-Philippe Braam
From 25 September to 4 October 2026, Palco Art & Café shows Jean-Philippe Braam, between abstraction and figuration, in a restrained, nuanced palette. Trained at the Académie d'Uccle and then in painting conservation-restoration, he returned to painting in 2015. The exhibition is on view at 156 rue Washington, Ixelles.

Who is Jean-Philippe Braam?
Between abstraction and figuration, Jean-Philippe Braam composes a painting of materials, traces and suggested forms. In a restrained, nuanced palette, his works open a sensitive space that leaves everyone free to form their own reading.
Trained in painting at the Académie d'Uccle and then in painting conservation-restoration, Jean-Philippe Braam returned to his artistic practice in 2015.
Since then, his work has notably been shown at Galerie Albert Dumont, at Galerie Léonet Hoang, and as part of the Parcours d'artistes in Ixelles and Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
